This policy describes what information Kestrel collects through this website and how we use it. It covers kestrelservice.com only, not in-home service visits, billing, or other interactions outside the site.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, phone number, email address, service type, and message you provide. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and schedule service. We don’t sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). GA4 sets first-party cookies to do this; IP addresses are anonymized. We do not run advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our team via Resend, a transactional email provider. Resend processes the message contents in transit only.

You can opt out of Google Analytics by using a browser extension such as the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or by enabling “Do Not Track” / similar privacy settings in your browser.
