On-time guarantee

We’ll be there on time.

Every appointment comes with a 2-hour arrival window. Our objective is to arrive at the beginning of that window. You get a text message when your technician is on the way. If we arrive after the end of the window, ask your technician for $50 off the service call.

How the window works

A realistic window, text updates, and a real penalty if we miss.

Three specific things make the on-time guarantee more than a slogan. Here’s what each one does.

1 · The window

The 2-hour arrival window

Why we give you a window instead of a single time, and what we're aiming for inside it.

Our objective is the start of the window
When you book an 8 to 10 appointment, we're aiming for 8. The rest of the window is a buffer, not a target.
Why 2 hours
Service days have variability that no scheduling system can fully eliminate: a previous job runs long, traffic on I-95 or 295 backs up, access to a property takes longer than expected. Two hours is honest about that reality.
Why not a single time
Single-time appointments sound better and fail more often. We'd rather tell you 8 to 10 and land on 8:05 than promise 8:00 sharp and show up at 8:45.

2 · Updates

Text messages when we're en route

Real-time communication as the day takes shape, so you don't have to sit by the window wondering.

When the text arrives
When your technician loads up their van and starts heading to your house, you get a text. That gives you 15 to 45 minutes of notice, depending on where they're coming from.
What's in it
The name of the technician heading your way, an estimated time of arrival, and the number to reach us if something has changed on your end.

3 · If we miss it

$50 off if we arrive after the window

Accountability without bureaucracy. If we're late, just ask.

How to get it
Ask your technician for the $50 on-time discount when they arrive. They can apply it on the spot, before any work starts. No forms, no call to the office, no follow-up on your end.
When it applies
If the technician arrives any time after the end of the 2-hour window you were given at booking. Anywhere inside the window, even at the very end, counts as on-time.
What it is
$50 off the service call fee on the invoice for that visit.

How we keep the promise

What makes the window realistic.

Keeping an arrival window isn’t about trying harder. It comes down to how the business is structured.

Residential service is our whole business

We don't juggle commercial installs and new construction alongside your appointment. The day is routed around the residential houses we've committed to, so when a job runs long, the whole schedule doesn't unravel.

We don't overbook

If we don't believe we can fit you in at a time you need, we'll tell you at booking and offer a window we can actually hit. We'd rather turn down the call than miss the window.

Honest buffers beat optimistic promises

Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC jobs often uncover things nobody planned for. A 2-hour window is honest about that. A promised single-minute appointment isn't.

Ready when you are

Book a window that we can actually hit.

Call during business hours, or send a message any time. We’ll quote you a 2-hour window at booking and do our best to land at the start of it. How we price work →
