The 2-hour arrival window
Why we give you a window instead of a single time, and what we're aiming for inside it.
- Our objective is the start of the window
- When you book an 8 to 10 appointment, we're aiming for 8. The rest of the window is a buffer, not a target.
- Why 2 hours
- Service days have variability that no scheduling system can fully eliminate: a previous job runs long, traffic on I-95 or 295 backs up, access to a property takes longer than expected. Two hours is honest about that reality.
- Why not a single time
- Single-time appointments sound better and fail more often. We'd rather tell you 8 to 10 and land on 8:05 than promise 8:00 sharp and show up at 8:45.
